SunSolve - how broken can their systems be?!

If the contract # isn't right, then it's something else - not linked, the cookie has expired, slowness or just plain unavailability.

Sun should be ashamed of their web interface. It's appalling - and they've been updating it for a year.

And to cap it off, they implemented the changes on 31st December - What a brain-dead time to muck the system up - when people aren't around in the new year to fix.
